Eligible Refund Situations

Full or partial refunds may be available in the following situations:

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 7 days of service completion or discovery of issues
  2. Provide Details: Describe your concerns with photos if applicable
  3. Allow Opportunity to Rectify: We will first attempt to resolve issues through re-service or corrections
  4. Refund Processing: If resolution isn't possible, refunds are processed within 10 business days

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Garden Cleanup Services: Refunds available if debris removal or cleanup is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

Lawn Care Services: Results may vary based on lawn condition and seasonal factors. Refunds considered if service methods are improper.

Planting Services: We guarantee proper planting technique. Plant survival depends on ongoing care and environmental factors beyond our control.
