1. Services

SpringBloom Garden Care provides professional garden care services across Canada, including but not limited to:

• Post-winter garden cleanup and restoration
• Lawn care and maintenance services
• Tree and shrub pruning
• Garden design and planting consultation
• Seasonal garden maintenance programs
• Emergency storm damage cleanup

2. Service Agreements

All garden care services are provided under separate service agreements that specify:

• Scope of work and timeline
• Service fees and payment terms
• Property access requirements
• Weather and seasonal considerations
• Warranty and satisfaction guarantees

3. Pricing and Payment

All service pricing is provided in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments. Late payment fees may apply as specified in service agreements.

4. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform services. You must inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions on your property that may affect our work.

5. Weather and Seasonal Limitations

Garden care services are subject to weather conditions and seasonal limitations common in Canada. We may need to reschedule services due to inclement weather, frozen ground, or other conditions that would compromise safety or service quality.

6. Liability and Insurance

SpringBloom Garden Care maintains appropriate business insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing plant diseases or pest infestations
• Natural plant mortality due to environmental factors
• Damage caused by extreme weather events
• Underground utilities not properly marked

7. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency cancellations due to severe weather will not incur penalties. Seasonal service contracts may have specific cancellation terms as outlined in individual agreements.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the laws of Canada and resolved in the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email or through our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.
